換車

陪伴我們超過十年的 ACURA 3.5RL ，最後都要光榮退休。因考慮到电油實在太貴，亦不需要揸這麼大馬力車，所以更換了HONDA SPIKE 1500 cc，耗油量低和寛大車厢，足可以承載兩隻狗狗在後座，揸上手亦感覺流暢。

2014 年度格蘭披治一級方程式巡迴比賽，第十六站在蘇聯索契舉行，蘇聯 Ham 搞搞新意，亦舉辨了 Ham Formula One 獎狀計劃，讓眾 Ham 友齊樂，詳情在其網站詳列，我現暫得初級獎，要加 Turbo ，希望有更進一步成績。

Carolyn & Jeff (K0UU), now VR2UU visited my QTH two days ago, we have a very good time and share the experience of amateur radio and dogs. Both of them will stay in Hong Kong for the two years job assignment.

Hexbeam Changed to MW0ZJE version

I have been used the K4KIO Hexbeam for two years, but always feel it is not up to my expectation. Early last month, I changed it to the fine product from MW0ZJE. It is very easy to install and meet my requirement, sure it will give me years of service.

Field Day Event on 7 Decemebr 2013

A group of us going up to Tate's Cairn early in the morning to watch sunrise as well as doing some DX. I bring along with my two dogs ( Jade and Porsche Junior ). After that , we went to a Chinese Restaurant .

VR2/WB6Z Operated JIDX Contest as Multi-Single

John ( WB6Z ) , Taka ( VR2RJ ) and Farid (VR2UNG) group together and participate the 2013 JIDX contest as VR2/WB6Z.  It is the first time that John operated in Hong Kong. We made 753 QSOs during the contest. A lot of fun.

Kuny - 7L1WPU , AH0BT route through Hong Kong for his business trip to Europe, we arranged an eyeball QSO party on the 6 October 2013 evening.

We all enjoyed the dinner very much.
